Olivette Riverside — 2017

The first of 20 homes we are designing for riverfront lots in a new community north of Asheville, each approx. 2400sf. The steep lot required compact and strategic solutions, including open carport and entry bridge, with dramatic porches overlooking a railroad line and French Broad River. Local white oak siding with tannin bath, local RS timbers and Geothermal heating/cooling.
