HISTORIC BAIRD BUILDING 2014
A historic tax credit rehab of a 1906 structure in a registered historic district, which started out as a dry goods store, then a neighborhood grocery, finally a Pentecostal Church. Inappropriate siding was removed, windows restored, and converted to a neighborhood restaurant, with two apartments above. Awarded Preservation honors.
